NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2014, and entered in 2011 CA 005810 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB N/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and OVERBROOK GARDENS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GRACE L. JONES, DECEASED; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; DEBRA KING; LORI VOUGHT; ROBERT GARRISON are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on October 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 211, OVERBROOK GARDENS, SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 53, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
