NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002789 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SARASOTA COASTAL CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff and RAYNETTE L. MCCUMBER; SCOTT MCCUMBER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9162, 9163 AND THE NORTHERLY 1/2 OF LOT 9164, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO 33, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
