NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2014 and entered in case 2013-CA-06625 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Tropical Financial Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Eric Tuffland and Kimberly Tuffland are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 28th day of OCTOBER, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 3, LEISURE LAKES UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
