NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2013-CA-001552-NC (A) of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and NANCY E. PENSA, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE PENSA FAMILY TRUST DATED 12/26/2001; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE PENSA FAMILY TRUST DATED 12/26/2001; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A DAVID WALLACE; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 19th day of November, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 161, OF SOUTH GATE, UNIT 37, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 34 AND 34A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
