NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 003175 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and INGE K WRAY; CUSTOM DOCK & DAVIT, INC.; PELICAN COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION,INC.; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; TRW & ASSOCIATES, INC.; IRWIN D SCHOEN; IRWIN D SCHOEN AS TRUSTEE FOR FBOID SCHOEN UNDER AGREEMENT DATED 11/1/1989 A/K/A ID SCHOEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF INGE K WRAY A/K/A INGE KNOBEL WRAY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22nd day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 233, BUILDING 17B, PELICAN COVE CONDOMINIUM FKA PELICAN COVE CONDOMINIUM XII, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1255, PAGE 1553 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND BY VIRTUE OF CERTIFICATE OF MERGER RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1673, PAGE 918, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGE 18, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLICS RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
