Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 12, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 12-CA-052988, in the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF RBSHD 2013-1 TRUST, is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF PEDRO MARTINEZ A/K/A PEDRO A. MARTINEZ, et al., are the Defendants, Lee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 3, Block 25, Unit 6, Willow Lake Addition I, Section 4, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 155-161, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM. on the 11 day of December, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
