NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September, 12, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-CA-051695 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC is the Plaintiff and Daniel T. Bond; Unknown Spouse of Daniel T. Bond; Unknown Tenant in Posession of the Subject Property are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on November 13, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT # 13 BRIARCLIFF, NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE NORTH 1/2 AN EASEMENT OVER THE WESTERLY 30 FEET AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
