Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on September 19, 2014 in Case No.: 12-CA-051864-G in the Circuit Court for the Twentieth Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which Michael Loppnow a/k/a Michael J. Loppnow; Bethany L. Loppnow a/k/a Bethany Loppnow; United Home Builders, Inc, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Community Bank of Naples, N.A.; City of Cape Coral, Florida; Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2 are named as defendants, on November 19, 2014, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in at the Clerk's website for online auctions www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. in the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 6 AND 7, BLOCK 4839, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 71, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 88-107, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
