SCOTT, et al., are the Defendants, Lee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
A TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 2, A DISTANCE OF 2664.8 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF SAID SECTION 2; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG THE QUARTER-SECTION LINE AT AN INCLUSIVE ANGLE OF 90°08'30” A DISTANCE OF 1319.25 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW 1/4) OF SAID SECTION 2; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID NORTHWEST (NW 1/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW 1/4) A DISTANCE OF 355 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREIN DESCRIBED; CONTINUE ON THE SAME COURSE A DISTANCE OF 80 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY PARALLEL TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW 1/4) OF SAID SECTION 2 A DISTANCE OF 134.92 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE EAST LINE OF LORRAINE DRIVE A DISTANCE OF 80 FEET; THENCE EASTERLY PARALLEL TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW 1/4) A DISTANCE OF 134.92 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. ALSO DESCRIBED AS LOT 5, ACCORDING TO AN UNRECORDED PLAT COUNTRY ESTATES, UNIT 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 19 day of November, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
