NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Non-Jury Trial on September 19,2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-053567 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9 a.m. on 20 day of October, 2014 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lots 13 and 14, Block 3214, Unit 66, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 2 through 26, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
