NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated September 19, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.: 36-2013-CA-051278 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein EVERBANK, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM A. GALL; BETTY J. GALL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, INC. ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
