NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 28, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000490 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Sharon A. Low; Christian Barabas; Unknown Spouse of Sharon A. Low; Unknown Spouse of Christian Barabas; Unknown Tenant I; Unknown Tenant II; Beacon Woods Civic Association, Inc.; and Any Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 20th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1197, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE 5-B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 89-91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
