NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 9th day of July, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-000140-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and GLORIA J. HALLMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLORIA J. HALLMAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 14th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 505, THE LAKES UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE(S) 89 THROUGH 91, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
