NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 29th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-002701 WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and LYNN C. KOSTRELES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LYNN C. KOSTRELES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 15th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 99, 100, 101 AND 102, BLOCK 186, MOON LAKE ESTATES UNIT #11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 PAGE 141 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH 1998 FLEET MOBILE HOME UNDER VIN #GAFLV54A81477ET21 AND VIN# GAFLV54B81477ET21.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
