NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 28th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-006714 WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JERRY O. DUFFEY; LINDA HAWKINS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURTS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 15th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 17 FEET OF LOT 7 AND ALL OF LOT 8, BLOCK B, CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
