NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 28th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-006285-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida. JVD Asset Management, LLC, Plaintiff and CAROL MARCUM A/K/A CAROL S. MARCUM; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pasco.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 11:00 AM on this October 15th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
