RE-NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 17, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008CA010827ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS A SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE8 , is Plaintiff and PATRICK CHANEA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICK CHANEA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, AND ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS. DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS OR UNKNOWN SPOUSES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH AND UNDER ANY OF THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com to begin at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 20th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
