NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 02, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 004814 ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK, is Plaintiff, and Sam L Pyles, Unknown Spouse of Sam L Pyles Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 21st day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 138, Turtle Lakes Unit 3, Phase 1 according to the map or plat thereof, as the same is recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 107, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Street Address: 23845 Dutch Lane, Lutz, FL 33559
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
