NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Reschedule of Foreclosure Sale dated August 15, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004595 WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY C. SEGER A/K/A JEFFREY SEGER; are defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 30th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
