NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-2252 DIV G UCN: 292010CA002252XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW 2006-4 TRUST FUND is Plaintiff and JASON HICKEL; HANS HICKEL; ANNA M. HICKEL; BAY PORT COLONY PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE GALLERY AT BAYPORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 18th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 132, OF THE GALLERY AT BAYPORT CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15890, PAGE 761, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM, AND TOGETHER WITH ALL EASEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
