NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 3, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-015564, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2006-3 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff and MELANIE BROWN A/K/A MELANIE K. BROWN; HALDEN ECKERT A/K/A HALDEN G. ECKERT; BAY PORT COLONY PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; DISCOVER BANK; FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE SERVICES, CORP; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION, III, A CORPORATION; PAT FRANK, CLERK OF COURT HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT “A” N/K/A COLIN TAYLOR, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 21st day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38, BLOCK 10, BAY PORT COLONY PHASE III UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
