UNIT 1001, PHASE V, RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM I, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3815 ON PAGES 1906 THRU 1997 INCLUSIVE AND AMENDMENT IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3771 ON PAGE 32; AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2 ON PAGE 52, AMENDED BY CONDOMINIUM PLAT IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, ON PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
has been filed against you and you are required to file your written defenses, if any, with the Clerk of the above Court and to serve a copy within 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action on:
