NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 26th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-008890, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and VENAN NANAKUMO A/K/A VENAN E. NANAKUMO; JOHN DOE 1; JANE DOE 1; JOHN DOE 2 AND; JANE DOE 2 AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; JOVEEN CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE OF TRUST NUMBER 8723 MANDARINE PL; JOVEEN LIMITED PARTNERSHIP TRUSTEE OF TRUST NUMER 8723 MANDARINE PL; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 14th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 9, RE-REVISED DRUID HILLS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
