NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 29, 2014 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-032084 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and JOHN A MARTINEZ A/K/A JOHN MARTINEZ, MIRABAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY F/K/A COLONIAL BANK, NA , UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN A MARTINEZ A/K/A JOHN MARTINEZ, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of October, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block 29, Mirabay Phase 1B-1/2A-1/3B-1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 94, Page 41, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
