Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 9, 2014, nunc pro tunc to August 26, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as follows:
THE EAST 50 FEET OF LOT 13, AND THE WEST 30 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK 43, VIRGINIA PARK SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
with a street address of 3110 South Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, Florida 33629, including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on December 19, 2014 at 10:00 AM. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
