NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 29 2009 CA 025231 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AC7, Plaintiff, and, HOANG, TOAN, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 24th day of October, 2014, the following described property:
