NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 17, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-025028 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and DIANN MATHIS; MARGARET K JENKINS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANN MATHIS N/K/A ALBERT MATHIS; MARC ASSOCIATES, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 11/05/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 7, BLOCK B, MARC I, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
