NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 28th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-016889, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUY SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF RBSHD 2013-1 TRUST is Plaintiff and JANICE M. LEVESQUE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANICE M. LEVESQUE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LAKE FANTASIA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 16th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH THAT 2005 FLEETWOOD RV, INC. DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME WITH VIN # GAFL575A76654LF21 AND GAFL575B76654LF21.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
