THOMPSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT E. THOMPSON; TAMARAKA K. MORRIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. TO POB, THENCE SOUTH 171', WEST 295.10', NORTH 171', EAST 295.10' TO POB, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: COMMENCE AT THE NE CORNER OF NE 1/4 OF SW 1/4 OF SEC. 26, TOWNSHIP 29 S, RANGE 22 EAST, THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SEC. 26, TOWNSHIP 29 S, RANGE 22 EAST 460.10 FEET TO POB, THENCE SOUTH 295.20 FEET, THENCE EAST 20 FT., THENCE SOUTH 170.80 FT., THENCE WEST 20 FEET, THENCE NORTH 158.80 FEET, THENCE WEST 12 FEET, THENCE NORTH 307.20 FEET., THENCE EAST 12 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LOCATED IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
