NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Motion for Entry of Order Approving Settlement Agreement, Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale and Establishing Maximum Credit Bid entered on September 15, 2014 and the Amended Uniform Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2009 entered in Case No. 08-019013 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Stonegate Bank is the Plaintiff, and John T. Lazzara, Lazzara Enterprises, Inc., a Florida corporation, for itself and d/b/a Lazzara Family, Lazzara Properties, Inc., a Florida corporation, for itself and d/b/a Lazzara Family, Danielle R. Lazzara, State of Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, American Express Travel Related Services Company Inc., a New York corporation, Primus Automotive Financial Services, a New York corporation d/b/a/Jaguar Credit and SICO, INC., a Florida corporation, d/b/a Avia Golf and Country Club, are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, as Clerk of the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 a.m. on October 24, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Uniform Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

Lots 20, 21, 22 and the East 5 feet of Lot 23, LESS the South 20 feet thereof and LESS any portion lying within right-of-way of State Road 60, and that part of the South 1/2 of the alley (now closed) lying immediately North of said Lots, Block 2, HANAN PARK REVISED SUBDIVISION, Unit #1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 44 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, said part of the South 1/2 of said alley being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 20, run thence North 8 feet, thence West 77 feet, thence South 8 feet to a point 5 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot 23, thence East 77 feet to the Point of Beginning.
