NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 8, 2014, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-007918 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which PNC Mortgage, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Felix F. Rosario, Marilyn Rosario, Regions Bank, Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Luis Osaria-Crespo, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 7, BLOCK 12, TILSEN MANOR SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
