NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Reschedule of Foreclosure Sale dated August 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-007421 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GARE DU NORD, LLC, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO KONDAUR CAPITALCORPORATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC, is the Plaintiff and BERNELL YOUNG; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, HEIRS OF THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.comy in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 10th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
