BEING THE SAME PROPERTY AS TRANSFERRED BY WARRENTY DEED ON 09/13/2002 AND RECORDED 10/02/2002 FROM TAMPA UNITED METHODIST CENTERS, INC. A FLORIDA CORPORATION TO HUBERT E. SIMMONS, SR. AND DOROTHY A. SIMMONS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, RECORDED IN BOOK 11979 AND PAGE 0976.
and commonly known as: 4739 WHITEWAY DRIVE EAST, TAMPA, FL 33617; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on October 23, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
