P-315-201, OF RENAISSANCE VILLAS A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15820, PAGE 1951, AS AMENDED BY AMENDEMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED JANUARY 17, 2006, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15997 AT PAGE 0921, AS FURTHER AMENDED BY SECOND AMENDEMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED FEBRUARY 1, 2006, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16066, AT PAGE 210, AND AS FURTHER AMENDED BY THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED FEBRUARY 14, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16610 AT PAGE 1340, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
