NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-009872 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and MILORAD GORDIC, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN# 100131022500219013), TAMPA PALMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., FAIRCREST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of November, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 3400, BUILDING 34 OF FAIRCREST III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 5269, PAGE 570, AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 5339, PAGE 1933, AND FURTHER AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 5368, PAGE 59 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
