NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of August, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-002854, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ROBIN L. PECK CITIBANK, N.A.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH AND STATE OF FLORIDA: LOT 6, BLOCK 16. BLOOMINGDALE SECTION “R” UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; A PORTION OF THE SOUTHERLY 1/2 OF TRACT “C”, BLOOMINGDALE SECTION “BL-28” AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 35. MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS; BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER AFORESAID LOT 6 THENCE NORTH 00°18'35” WEST 15.00 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY PROJECTION OF THE WESTERLY LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 6 TO THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF THE SOUTHERLY 1/2 OF SAID TRACT “C”; THENCE NORTH 89°41'25” EAST. 51.22 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 6; THENCE SOUTH 00°18'35” EAST 1500 FEET ALONG SAID NORTHERLY PROJECTION TO NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 6; THENCE SOUTH 89°41'25” WEST 51.22 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY LOT LINE OF SAID LOT 6 SAID LINE ALSO BEING THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID TRACT “C” TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
