HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee for the Registered Holders of Nomura Home Equity Loan, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3., Plaintiff and DAVID A CARTAGENA; ET AL, defendant. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this October 15th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, dated September 19th, 2013:
