NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2, 2014, and entered in 2010-CA-011426 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT5 is the Plaintiff and ROBERTA M. BLUMENTHAL; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 20, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 3, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, TRACT 17, PHASE 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT, THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
