NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2, 2014, and entered in 11-CA-008298 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and RICARDO WELD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICARDO WELD; CORDOBA AT BEACH PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT NO 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO 2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BUILDING NO. 7, UNIT 5216, CORDOBA AT BEACH PARK, A CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15732, PAGES 959 THROUGH 1090, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
