NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2014, and entered in 13-CA-014960 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-SD2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and PAUL W. WRIGHT A/K/A PAUL WRIGHT; JENNIFER C. WRIGHT A/K/A JENNIFER WRIGHT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 110.0 FEET OF THE EAST 725.0 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150.0 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 25.0 FEET THEREOF FOR CHELSEA AVENUE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
