NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2013, and entered in 2009-CA-005210 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-16XS is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY O'KEEFE A/K/A TIMOTHY OKEEFE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT; CARRIAGE POINTE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A MARLINA BUTLER are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK E, CARRIAGE POINTE PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE 270, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
