Final Judgment was awarded on September 25, 2013 in Civil Case No.:09-CA-011750, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, URMILA THAPIA A/K/A URMILA THAPA; MAHENDRA THAPA; KINGS MILL TOWNHOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A CAMI LARKIN; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
