Final Judgment was awarded on June 3, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-021399, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, PATRICK IKEKHUA; IBITAYO A. IKEKHUA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; COVINGTON PARK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; JANE TENANT N/K/A TRINA VELAZQUEZ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
