NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 26, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 29-2013-CA-003965, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR FBR SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-3, CALLABLE MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, 2005-3, is the Plaintiff, and, JOHN A. SGROMOLO; MARY K. SGROMOLO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR; LENDMARK FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on October 14, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
