Final Judgment was awarded on August 26, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-018110, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, HIEU DANG; THANH DOAN; WELLINGTON NORTH AT BAY PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
