Final Judgment was awarded on September 24, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 29-2010-CA-005386, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF AEGIS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES is the Plaintiff, and, MICHAEL L. YOUNG; DIANE P. YOUNG; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
