Final Judgment was awarded on August 26, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-012824, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, SHANE HOLLOMAN A/K/A STEPHEN SHANE HOLLOMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHANE HOLLOMAN A/K/A STEPHEN SHANE HOLLOMAN; THE TOWERS OF CHANNELSIDE CONDONMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE TOWERS OF CHANNELSIDE RHC CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
