NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-013987, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JOHN H. CLARK; KIMBERLY S. CLARK; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 16th day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 71-A, IN PALM HARBOR HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
