Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated September 4, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 14-003638-CO, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYSIDE KEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and CRAIG HORMES, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Lot 6, Block 23, COUNTRYSIDE KEY UNIT THREE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 115, Pages 81 through 82, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th day of October, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
