YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 39, Building E, of Mission Hills Condominium, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, page(s) 45 through 57, inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3665, page(s) 870 through 931, inclusive, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1385 Mission Circle, #39-B Clearwater, Florida 33759
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 10/27/14, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
